  1. Get a tailored breathable car cover, jack up on to axle stands, trickle charge or remove battery and use a fuel stabiliser. Don’t bother with full tank and don’t forget to leave handbrake off but in gear.
  2. I completely agree with you Amit. Toyota missed a trick with both the GT86 and Supra. Sometimes it’s not all about the money and joint ventures. If it’s worth doing and there’s a market out there then do it properly. There’s a reason why our cars, MR2s and past Supras are the success stories they are…they were born out of Japan with excellent engineering, simplicity and ultimate reliability, with added fuel consumption to boot! I’d love to see the Celica name return but only if it’s through evolution rather than electrification.
  3. Thanks Ams - I'm aware of the blue thread lock on the bolt, but I'm asking specifically about the very top part of the strut which has now been cannibalised (which fits on to the ball) - can this black part be replaced? Otherwise, I'll have to buy new. Cheers mate.
  4. Are you able to replace the very top part of the strut which sits firmly into the ball joint? While removing this off the car, the nut had rounded which meant it had to be cut off using an angle grinder by my mechanic. There wasn't room to simply cut the nut/ball joint with the strut still in place. The fixings will obviously be replaced with new parts but am hoping to save my original struts to maintain the originality of the car. Thanks.
  5. Hey peeps, does anyone know where you can order these chassis number labels from that can be found on inner body panels, please? This is from a G7. Thanks
  6. Happy Birthday shelby-65!

  7. Hi Lee, just wanted to say a BIG thank you for replacing my lift bolts on Thursday...car feels awesome now that she's got her lift back! Great job! Here is a genuine, skilled guy you can trust, knows his stuff and actually gives a damn about other Celica owners! For all those Wheeler Dealer fans...Lee is our very own West Midlands-based Ed China! Top bloke.
