Club Membership & Merchandise Secretary
Currently done by Old Red Celica - The role involves the maintenance of new and returning members, setting up of corporate members forum areas. Is the person responsible for putting together and distributing membership packs. If you have a query regarding membership this is the person to talk to. Also as a global moderator they are responsible for the moderation of all forums, duties include looking after the posts and posters in all areas. Trying to check the content of all the topics/posts made in all forums to make sure they are factually correct where possible and do not contain anything offensive to others that may read the forum. Deleting/moving and editing posts/topics where necessary.
Responsible for the club merchandise, which involves sending items out, including the club flyers, re-stocking, and along with the other managers, introducing new lines. Keeping the shop up to date and it's administration. Liasing with suppliers. |

Club Webmaster
commandosqueak - Main role is to look after the forum and website, which involve's all aspect's of forum and website maintenance, such as keeping the forum, server, database, email system and overall website running, also suggesting and if approved then adding new feature's to the forum and website, fixing problem's when they arise, such as if the server or forum goes down, and much much more. Moderation of the 'Wiki' system. Is also part of the club management team, and therefore assists the other club manager's make club decision's and help with the general day to day running of the club, general moderating of all forums if other moderators are not online, responding to the admin@ and webmaster@ email. |

Forum IT Assistant

Meetings Co-ordinator
CheltGirl - The "Primary" point of contact for any events that the Club will be involved in. One of the main management team responsible for the day to day running of the club. Gen5 Forum Moderator. General moderation of forums if other moderators are not online. Responsible for the organisation of applicable meetings/events. Also works with Old Red Celica to run the club with Day To Day decisions |

Old Red Celica - Bryan, the chief hugger and elder of the group, been on the Admin/Management team since 2005. He is the Gen 1-3 Moderator, Chief Hugger, acting Membership Sec. General Moderating if other moderators are not online and is also a member of the management team, responsible for the day to day running of the club along with CheltGirl and CelicaBabe. |
