  1. I have had one for ages, never used it because of the reservoir cap. Think a good idea would be to buy another cap, drill a hole in it and seal it, might try soon as they're due a bleed
  2. Having driven Gen 7s with brand new standard pads and discs, Wilwood BBK with fast road pads, and TRD BBK with fast road pads... the TRD kit is the only one that has had significant improvement in terms of pedal feel. Bloody expensive however.
  3. Number plate choices

CE11CAZ is good but you can't have it unless it's a 2011 or newer car
  4. Carbon fibre replacements

Front wings would be cool! Also I'm sure it'd go down well if you could come up with a new design of CF bonnet
  5. Selling a car... Test drives?

Just to clarify when I said proof of fully comp I'd want it for the car itself - not just third party, which I know is a big ask for the average buyer. Difficult one I know but it's a lot of money to lose if anything was to happen, but I appreciate everyone's input! Ehhh it's a hard one, it's a lovely standard GT, but I do have a nutty rotrex'd GT as well which I'll be keeping!
  6. I've just put my Celica up for sale, and once the car is MOT'd etc will start to allow viewings Is it wrong in this day and age to only allow test drives driven by myself, unless proof of fully comp insurance is shown? Very skeptical about allowing a potential nutter to get behind the wheel, but at the same time don't want to put people off. What do you guys think, reasonable or not?
  7. They must be mad dropping the price by 9k! Imagine that was a celica equivalent in spec, all of those bits on it would be sold in minutes
  8. Show me your number plates..

Mine rears just basically a sheet of aluminium with the plate printed on. Good quality and nice and simple, however not strictly legal as not properly retroreflective. Local chap to me for £7, can find his ebay shop if wanted
  9. Thought it would be a laugh - I'm sure there's a thread about compliments on your cars, so what's the worst thing someone has said about yours? I'll start with a good one from my mates the other night (after overtaking them): "Jeremy and I decided that Stef's car looks like a shit batmobile at night" I sort of agree....
  10. Nothing but trouble

Sounds like you didn't even look at the car before buying it?
  11. Who is the average Celica Owner?

I'm an out of shape 21 year old manager in telecoms.... drive a gen 7 - surprise?!
  12. Some more pics

I see an imposter! Looks like you all had a blast though, well done mate
  13. Hey again guys! Celica track car question.

Celica for nostalgia and understeery fun. Plus you'll save time getting it to the level you'd want for track use
  14. Engine bay

Strange... Only the air box side is blanked out
  15. Freakyparts bolt on spacers state no more than 70lb/ft which is equal to 95Nm. Wouldn't want to overtighten them being alu.
