  1. Yea mine is still mine and charged, just sitting in the garage atm as too busy with house moving stuff. Need to get that out the way as I have a long list of things to do and parts accumulating and piling up to fit. Think priority is sort out weird on throttle issue and an MOT
  2. It seems from what Strongflex are advising you they do it slightly differently to Polybush. I have zoomed in on the picture below at the carrier on the far left and it definitely seems that the bush goes into the carrier with no metal sleeve. Apologies, for some reason I took pictures of the bushes for the other arm but none for the carrier bushes before assembly but am 98% sure I didn’t sleeve that carrier
  3. No problems The sleeve in the top pic is the old one and the Polybush ones don’t need a sleeve from memory (apologies, was two years ago now). For the bottom pic question the whole thing gets pressed out and the Polybush kit comes with new sleeve and centre as below...
  4. Pics for reference as easier than words... This is how the end you are talking about came out of mine: And new fitted for reference:
  5. Have a look at GT4 play, they do polybush (I got mine from there) and i think now does refurbed hangers with bush assembly complete. The Polybush kit I used came with all applicable new sleeves etc so I was able to junk mine as they really don’t like coming out easily Like everything though I suppose access to proper equipment like a press would have been desirable If I did it again I’d have bought the complete hanger from them as extra cost is worth it imo. For the other leg (assume you are doing both points where suspension arms fit to car) my neighbour assisted as he had big
  6. Maybe late to this discussion but if you don’t mind a narrow spacer I’ve got Japan Racing 17x8 on mine with I think ET33 and 10mm spacers all round. 225 45 tyres and no stretch
  7. Whoops, sorry Dawn, watching Bake off at the same time so didn’t read properly so sorry for resend of last years Can you let me know if you don’t get a 2018 pt4 email please, file size was a bit risky, sent ok from mine but may hit your inbox limits if your mailbox has a tight attachment limit
  8. This is what I got for a 2005 T-Sport (so FL) for the pre cat sensor: 1 x DENSO Direct Fit Lambda Sensor - DOX-0273 - Oxygen / O2 - Genuine OE Part - Single
  9. I got one from Opie Oils. They supply OE Denso ones and not a bad price
  10. I was concerned mine was heading a little ricey
  11. Couple of the guys at work call my car the kinder egg car as it looks so tiny because she's so much lower than all the other boring cars in the car park. Get many 'witty' comments about whether I ate the chocolate egg first before putting her together and did I read the instructions etc.
  12. Ahhhhh that explains it, mine are both climate and I'm guessing Cravos were too...
