:: blade ::
get some wax on there as it looks like theres nothing sealing the paint as the water is clinging to it, but other than that it looks good

Cravo
Meguairs Compound (as in ultimate compound) ? If so this is not a wax it is a paint restorer mate. You will still need to wax it afterwards to seal the paint Its bloody good stuff though, got mine looking like mirror glass
Akuma77
yeah thats ok mate i need to get some more (tbh as the v6 was a base coat and didnt have a laquer it took 6+ hours for car shows: so on the celica at least it wont be as bad so what wax did yu use after the compound
Cravo
Meguiars Spray Wax mate http://www.halfords....yId_165527#tab3 To be honest, avoid it. Its not very good at all and that shocked me cos Meguiars stuff is usually awesome. I do like autoglym, always have, so I think ill go back to using that from now on. Lovely finish on the Calibra Edited November 19, 2012 by Cravo
Akuma77
well on the calibra before i used the compound wax i used the 1-3 3 step megulars paint cleaner, resin ploish and carnuba wax but a few months later and the calibra went this colour: (which is why i dont have a red/pink car anymore lol)

scott64
nothing quite as nice as a washed and waxed motor
BrianGT
I think everyone should be made to wash a car immediately before they buy it........you really get to know the finish by giving it a wash!! Nice beading with that wax!
YJ52
nothing quite as nice as a washed and waxed motor definately Nattys is good but I prefer Dodo juice wax (Blue Velvet) after Poorboys black hole glaze - neither that cheap but both smell amazing and last ages.
