paulgtt
Im after some opinions please guys, this is how my car looks after fitting the fmic. The bumper had to be trimmed a fair bit to allow it to fit back on with the pipework, iv left as much lower grille in as I could but aren't sure what to do now. Ideally I want to leave the number plate mounting incase I need it. So what would you do?? Edited April 8, 2012 by paulgtt

Bumblebee
remove the one remaining mesh and fit new to all openings so it all matches, could be sprayed black, anthrathcite etc
Mr Rizla
remove the one remaining mesh and fit new to all openings so it all matches, could be sprayed black, anthrathcite etc wat he said, black would be a good finish
Old Red Celica
Mesh, otherwise it just looks like you've not got around to finishing off the install. All of the openings to match.
GTsillycar
as above, without mesh it looks un-finished

dragon queen
Youve got to mesh it, otherwise it deffo looks unfinished, and how much harder it would be to scrape coke cans, flies and young children out of there
paulgtt
Where did you get your front mount from?i have been thinking about doing mine for a while but not sure where to start with makes and prices. Got the core off ebay, its an evo6 one. The pipework I got from a guy off the OC, its a complete custom setup. So looks like mesh it is!! Iv seen some plastic type stuff which looks very similar to the upper grille mesh so will probably go with that
