  1. you are correct. but if the car goes to a fellow member then they get the lot lol
  2. the one thing i'm not going to do is strip her down. if it's on there it stays on there lol. another reason why i'd want her to go to a fellow member
  3. If I could I would make her dig her own shallow grave in Epping Forrest with her teath! Tbh if i sell her I'd rather it go to someone on here or a friend of a fellow member. Not some idiot who will wreck her or even worse drive her like a fanny. Been looking at other adds on the net and I could be looking at £3750 for her....... And she is storm blue, looks black but under lights looks blue but in the sun at a angle you can see the green coming through. and to make things worse i'm gonna need to go back to Diesel as i need transport, so what ever i get for her will go towards getting a oil burner.
  4. been looking over the finances and it looks like i'm going to have to part company with the gen7 190 TS after being made redundant 10 days ago, and ongoing troubles with my cow of a ex-wife, i can't afford to keep my beloved coupe but before i put her up for sale, i really want to find out how much she'd go for? she's a 03 plate not a 53. she's got the following: 98k full toyota service history mot till august 2012 taked till end of the month. 4 new tyres. front & rear RT-P strut braces US import headlights with HID's (they have been adjusted to uk roads. still have the original lights too. Apex lowering springs (not fitted but still in box) Hel braided hoses (not fitted but still in packaging) wind deflectors are on their way from recent GB Leather interior is still in great cond, and it's the two tone. only down side as far as i can tell is the few stonechips etc and the gearstick plastic surround is cracked (the usual place) She still pulls like a train and I will probably regret selling her, but i'd rather her go to a good home than sit and rot outside because i cant swallow my pride and be selfish. and here's the link to the pics of her http://s515.photobucket.com/albums/t352/pestey_p/2003%20Toyota%20Celica%20VVTLi%20Toyota%20Sport%20edt/
  5. i did ask about this when i got mine, but i originally thought that the pre-face ones would fit but they dont. now if we could get hold of some and possibly alter them then that's half the battle over imo......
  6. ok, i'm guessing you want a small box but with a bit of punch? well please look no further than this: http://uk.jbl.com/jbl-product-detail-uk/bassproii-.html I had one in my old Mk5 fiesta years ago and they give a lot of bang for bucks, also add that's it's got it's built in amp and on dash volume control doofer you cant go wrong. I liked it that much i'm gonna get one for the Celi
  7. small wheels and very cheap thick ass tyres!! loads of smoke and cheap as chips!
  8. Smokin! great video there :xmas_cool:
  9. i did make a thread about this not so long ago, but not sure if it's of any use to you. http://www.celica-club.co.uk/forum/index.php?/topic/128813-ebay-kit/page__fromsearch__1
  10. nooooooooooooooooo! much simpler way, just take out the headlight then you got bags of room and easy access! imo the PIAA one is to high pitched, horns must be DEEEEEEP and booming!
  11. I hope so coz it would have been one of my guy's from Westbourne Motors coming out!!!! glad it aint me coz i've just come of shift!!! where was you? was you on the a27 Fareham or a27 Lewes?

  13. nice video! i was looking for one yesterday and stumbled on this one....... http://www.henrys.co.uk/cctv/In%20Car%20Camera%20DVR%20Video%20Recorder.htm
  14. If you get Pirelli I'll hunt you down and kill you myself! the best thing I did was get rid of those widow makers! what's your budget per tyre? only asking coz I spent £48 per tyre on Nangkangs from camskill and tbh imo they are the nutts! I myself am a owner of a 03 Tsport (190) and it sticks to the road even in a downpour on country back roads.
  15. why not do some research and make a Gen 6.5? gwt a 190 lump from a gen 7 and drop it in, if it will fit that is.......... that way you get to keep your gen 6 exterior but have a better newer engine from the gen 7. just a thought other wise come down to my place near brighton and i'll let you have a play on our strips and along the twists of beachy head!
  16. maybe a strange request but could you do a mock up of a Gen7 with a vortex generator on the roof like on the EVO's, and with fins on the front bumper and the rear bumper diffuser. its been going through my head for months but am a bit scared of the possible draw backs if any. thanks for any possible help :xmas_cool:
  17. would be nice to know the reason for the question tbh
  18. I'm not a geek when it comes to Aero's but seeing this does get me thinking about Aero's on my Gen7. When i was at RT-P i did mention to Ray about making a cheese wedge to sit under the posts on the rear spoiler to add some more angle to it, and in theory more surface resistance area resulting in pushing the arse end down. I know that we dont own super cars that need Aero's to keep them on the road, but surly adding a little will aid us mere mortals when giving our babies the beans on country road corners.
  19. i tend to leave the hand brake on only, but i always turn the wheels into the curb just in case it decides to go for a roll. that way it wont go that far.
