Used to have A20 GTY car got scrapped with it on i was bidding on that plate mills threw 120 at it just to be a tart not worth much past that

If it was fuel pump youd have no fuel at the engine end certainly not enough to smell it. Although if you have fuel and spark you should have bang regardless. Is the spark a large arc?

Definate spark? Have you removed plug put it to lead and earth whilst cranking? Does it turn over any quicker than normal?

Handling and/or power delivery although more handling As IMO very few people can get the most out of their stock setup never mind a heavily tuned one. I once spoke to a race engine builder/tuner and as he said most road engines he built were for pub talk as the owners weren't capable of using even 25% of what the engine could produce.
