  1. Well, you have to be true to your roots.
  2. Nothing worse than some incident that leaves you out of pocket, at least it hasn't come to that.
  3. What they said. The brake fluid reservoir doesn't contain enough liquid to cope with the wearing down of the brake pads completely. So you might be better off double checking those and replacing them if they're a bit thin (just like tyres, they work less effectively as the pad wears down).
  4. Vauxhalls should fail by default IMO.
  5. Rust is only a failure if it affects structural integrity.
  6. Impact wrench or proper penetrating oil, not WD40.
  7. It could kill the cat. If you don't care about making a fool of yourself, you could just remove it and drive down with a very loud car.
  8. Yeah, but earlier generations were built with higher quality components.
  9. WD40 is actually pretty bad as a penetrating liquid.
  10. I don't think vinyl will stick to your daughter..
  11. You're going to have to buy a stand alone ECU, realistically. I'm guessing an Altezza one would do as it's a black top, right? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/99-00-01-Toyota-Altezza-3S-GE-3SGE-Apexi-Power-FC-/250718807989?pt=Race_Car_Parts&hash=item3a600167b5
  12. And by tuning he means everything's standard too?
  13. Not really. But these jokers probably think that changing the air filter counts as tuning..
  14. I like how it's last service was at 28k and it's done 92k. On the up side, it's HPI clear..
  15. Though neither TTE (it being the GT4 prepping) nor TTR (it not existing until 2003) had anything to do with the Beams.
  16. http://www.conrod.com.au/forums/smf/index.php?topic=2822.0 Basically the ozzy version of TTE.
  17. They probably still worked better than Citroen brakes..
