You can just add a light somewhere with a fog symbol next to it, that comes on when the fog light is on - only needed for the front

runners are different but you may be able to swap the frames over

I would say the best thing you can do for a g4 is using it regularly - its when they are parked up you get more problems my old gen4 was used daily as was my current one until it was parked up - never had any problems with either of them - some good examples out there - was a member who was selling one for £250 (and a convertible too) with 12 months test - hes now broken it instead, plenty of spare money there if anything goes wrong. If you can pick up one at a good price with 12 months ticket on it - after 12 months if its a shed just sell it on

when its stuck on, get a few sheets of paper towel, fold them up , soak it and leave to rest for an hour over the droppings, remove the paper and wash the droppings off with no scrubbing

Its a red polish - just under the t-cut brand -hope that makes sense

My gen 5 was that colour when I bought it, with claybar and t-cut red polish the colour came back really well

I just sold my red 140 premium (I think leather sunroof climate) for £1150 - had 94k on it and was clean - but not as clean as yours looks, think with the wheels and interior probably around £1400 - £1500

yeah they can all use the same filter - pretty much every petrol toyota from 87 on can use the same one - think there are different part numbers but thread and fitment is the same

gators should be the same as standard, may have some used ones

looks like plastic flex - dont think you can do a lot to remove that unfortunately

The DAB one I linked comes with a remote but none of the new sony headunit have the BUS port anymore so you cant add a CD changer, This almost stopped me from buying it, as I have 10CD mp3 changer, plus a BUS controller that allowed me to play my DVD player though it, all of which cant be used now. Plus side is that is iPod capatible, and you can plug a USB pen in directly, plus a phono port - not that ive managed to move my CD collection over yet...have bought a 64gb usb pen that has about 300 songs on and hardly used any space Also most of the Sony remotes work between other stereos - so if your used to where your buttons are you can probably still use it - but maybe with out the full functionality - but my DAB one did come with one

yeah my sony mini-disk player did the same thing, and had the stock unit do it in my red celica you can probably pick up a used one fairly cheap as most radio repair places want £45 minimum - but is a good excuse to upgrade to a DAB unit I picked this up for £150 last year from halfords when they had a sale on (was down from £300 and was £50 cheaper than anywhere on the internet) is on special again at only £109 http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_869325_langId_-1_categoryId_265865 might pick up another for one of the other motors at that price!

ive had a few sony stereo's do this - is it the sony unit? if it is then probably the unit itself is goosed - but worth checking the aerial cable hasnt unplugged itself - shouldnt really as its pretty solid

You can sell your car and be honest about the condition, you cant do that with the other one - just more stress for maybe a little more money (i dont know values of SS-2s - just assuming)

You cannot compare new and 2nd hand prices. New cars will always look overpriced. Agree with the statement of it being a new car and the guy not wanting to thrash it, I'd say only in the last year I've really started taking my g7 to the red line and that's because I'm surprised its still running.

Doubt it will last you another winter - will let you down when you really need it - way I look at is - replace it now and you will get 5 years use out of the new one - which is probably more than you will keep the car.
