Cravo
Hi guys just a quick one and probably an easy solution but my Allen screws have rounded on the rocker cover. What's the quickest cheapest advice to get them out.
js-car-spares
i usually use a irwin grip socket and use on the outside of the allen bolt http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=121814&Referrer=googleproductsearch
sh3p
that or lightly tap in a torx bit if you have1 thats just over size, ofc be careful not to hit it too hard & crack the rocker cover, have done this in the past used them as an easy out

yellowchinaman
yep. next size up is the way. carefully hammer it in and it'll grip enough for you to turn it out.

Briano
file down 2 sides then get some moles on it, much cleaner way of getting it out

izzzzythedog
if you cant get the moleys on it then another tip is to get a flat ended screwdriver and belt the shit out if it into the head of the bolt , this will allow you to then turn it plus the shocks from the hammering normally loosen the bolt , if it still wont turn then impact driver with once again a flat head on it
