  1. If it doesn't fit into the adapter that changes it to the ISO to fit your headunit, then you dont need it! I think I had a block left unplugged, it doesn't affect the working of the headunitIt might of worked as a sub remote before as all it might do is send power down the wire, which is simply how the sub remote worksYou have the wiring adapter to change the Toyota wiring to your headunit?
  2. Just search on eBay for a ELM327 (iirc) Bluetooth OBDII, I think diablo is selling one for £20 at the moment (might have gone already, didn't check!)
  3. It's just some biker troll, I would of just deleted the comment lol
  4. ^ Good idea, if anyone wants I can make 3D toyota logo and customise it with their car in the background etc then just gimme a shout!
  5. Yeah you've got to get the obd Bluetooth reader, the app like Torque, and then the MHL hdmi lead for your phone - there's a genuine HTC one for the sensation on ebay at the moment for £23 Then the lead to convert hdmi to rca A lot of bits to get tbh, should work though :/ lol Im doing it when I get my new headunit, probably gonna get rid of my Bluetooth obd for a WiFi one so I can still use the Bluetooth for calls!
  6. Got a phone with HDMI out feature (sensation right? that his it!)? Use that get a HDMI to RCA and jobs a good'un!
  7. Ah cool, good to know, Im with them too! Will be adding mods over the next few months
  8. Be careful, some insurance companies only allow a certain number of modifications (Admiral for instance) They charge an admin fee though dont they? So not 100% free Plus they'll make any increases on renewal no doubt
  9. Rear quarter looks like it was in an accident - too many lines/curves, not for me Im afraid
  10. Yeah the pinks of a bit of an odd one, but awesome otherwise Another point for the spoilerless crew!
  11. eBay aswell - just search 'light filter' and have a browse Red will make it really dull during the day, however the blue doesnt seem to go as dark - but still looks alittle dim! No idea how you can change the bulb since its a backlit LCD clock
  12. This. Works well with all sorts, including removing stickers etc
  13. Welcome back, was good bumping into you earlier on in the year! Youve gotta stick around, you one of a very small few Ive actually met
  14. My mate did his with fly eye tint too (http://www.flyeyeskit.co.uk/) Not sure if you can take the light off though to do a thorough job!
  15. Yeah its the only app Ive ever brought from the market, very good bit of kit and cheap as chips!
  16. I have a OBDII reader, it doesnt affect the ABS warning lights or anything else. I left mine plugged in for afew days but never knocked it, maybe if I forgot it was there it might have gotten knee though! Going to get a Wi-fi one though hopefully so I can constantly use it, the Bluetooth will be used up by hands-free etc
  17. ^ correction then, mine had two sets of aux sockets! I didn't need that bit of kit ams has listed I would take out the headunit and check first!
  18. This one? On mine there was one (L+R), yeah
  19. My girlfriend loves my car, which has its disadvantages (she always wants to go out in it), but we disagree on some of the mods I want to do to it like a carbon fibre bonnet - she hates the idea - and the same with de-spoilering!
  20. Just try some Meguiars PlastX - its an abrasive plastic polish, or maybe Auto Glymn Tar Remover (great for removing sticker residue etc)
  21. I get this jolting, and when in traffic (as I am an hour a day) it can be pretty irritating! I assumed it was play in the engine mounts, never got worse so I guessed it was nothing to worry about. As above I just ease of the gas alittle more gently to make it less severe
  22. Awesome, so you just ordered it from Toyota? How much? Cheers
  23. Well I have to correct myself there, they said "soapy water" not washing up liquid LOL...I never listened anyway and left it for a month then cleaned it normally - my cars don't get much cleaning-love!
  24. I was told leave it or a week or so, then only use a sponge and washing up liquid for a month or so, then whatever!
