Askari
Hi Si, When I was sending seats etc. up to Mondo I got a range of quotes from £50 to £500, but I ended up using Palletline - for them to handle stuff it has to be on a pallet but I took the view that strapping seats to a pallet was a good way to keep them intact while in transit and their price was amongst the lowest. You might want the same rigidity for sending a wing.

ams
Hardest problem is making a box of enough - gen5 wings are huge Flat screen telly boxes usually do the job - if your lucky you may find one left out on bin day

alex282
Google car part couriers there are 2 main ones which Ive used with no problems a few times (Paisleyfreight and alloycarrier i think) Im sure a spoiler is around £15 or so to send. However these are 3rd parties and you can get it cheaper through sites like parcelmonkey sometimes. Just make sure you read the t&cs because some dont cover damage to car parts Also for the packaging try to wrap it in bubblewrap and fill the spaces with lots of newspaper in a long cardboard box
