taffcelt
Hi guys. Got a good deal on a series 6 , its had a re spray but there's overspill on the rubber window trims. Any suggestions as to the best way to get it off? Someone said wet & dry paper, others said a Stanley knife blade. Just don't want to f**k the rubber up. princy
Is it just a little overspray i.e. a few specks or is is full on paint caused by bad masking?
taffcelt
It's full on paint. It's on two thirds of the window trims, and there's some spots on the rear window wiper as well.Cheers.
princy
That'll be a bit more difficult to get rid of, I can't think of any way other than a craft knife or something similar and carefully trim the line that they should have masked to where the glass trim is and pick at the paint rather than trying to cut it off, with something like these to save as much damage as possible to the rubber.
