Akuma77
just got my mate to sort my mtec discs and mintex pads , but unfortunately as he was having problems as the offside caliper disntegrated in the middle area of the piston and man these looked very old ... also the brake discs look like the original discs but i wont be posting up any pictures of these as they are extremely shocking . i guess when they said they had advisories before i got the car then i should of got them sorted straightway oh well ive got a replacement from ebay as ams couldnt help this time so hopefully it will be a lesson well learnt ... never again i promise and devnets sliders did the trick

ams
When you say disintegrated? Do you mean just the cover that covers the centre of the piston at the front?
Akuma77
i think its something to do with the piston , but thanks for the offer of the body mate but i did get another one last night so that should be here in the next few days... Monkey Boy 1
Bit confused on how a caliper can 'disintegrate' It's quite a substancial lump. Even the piston is quite a thick lump. Got any photo's of the offending item ?
Akuma77
im afraid not mate as he left it on teh car until i get the other one ...basically its trucked probably piston ...he claims they look liked the original brake discs as they were shocking but least theyve been changed now so just waiting for other caliper .
