Front & rear badge removal help pls.

Recommended Posts

Front is located with 2 plugs but a gentle pry with a spatchula always works although best to push through from behind

The rear just use same spatula and pry it off

As for cleaning the gunk comes off alright with a hairdryer

Lighter fluid works a treat with a hair dryer

That sounds like a recipe for a sonic combustion event :)

Use hair dryer to warm up sticky stuff then lighter fluid to remove any residue

Will say thou , removing the badges off the rear sometimes leaves marks as the glue damages the lacquer

Me? Yep I may hav my trd word badge on the rear to cover the holes and my stick on plate on the front to cover the front holes and for style although I will then be left with 4 holes on the front...2 front now plate and 2 wider ones from the Japanese plate holder :-/

I was thinking of some shiny black vinyl to cover those!
