Angus
That one seems to come up every so often ... for such a brilliant car, people don't seem to hang onto it for very long! Angus
CelicaBen190
Wonder why he wants an mr2 turbo...
RoryK
So is this all aftermarket ? or were they designed like that on purpose ? if it was chopped to look like that then its sad to see a ruined 22 imo

Euan
I love the way he 'needs something practical' and then suggests an MR2 turbo; while it's a lovely car (have had two of the NA ones), I'd struggle to describe it as practical in ways that ... thing .. isn't. FlybyWyre
It is red. Any other resemblance to a Fezza would take mind changing chemicals. Used to live in Oz, great people but some still need lessons in taste. Quote '1.6 liter Toyota celica Twin cam GT motor with twin silex carby. Just had carby tuned.' Twin Silex carbys were a little known option from Enzo. Pity he didn't get both tuned. Unique in every way. Angus
Seems to have been relisted with new pics. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Ferrari-308-GTB-Replica-Toyota-TA22-Celica-Swap-/120759608030?pt=AU_Cars&hash=item1c1dd562de Angus

Adex
Anyone else think that it looks more like a corvette stingray than a fezza? Anyone? Just me then!
mrsoundcraft
Wonder why he wants an mr2 turbo... That's what I was thinking, not to make a 355 surely. Maybe Toyota also means "take this cool and comparatively quick car and make it look like a Ferarri"
mani
this looks nothing like or this bears no resemblance to
nthnmunky
That is a truly sad way for a TA22 to end its days. I hope someone buys it and burns it.
Euan
Almost tempting to post a question asking how much he thinks it'd cost to restore it into a nice TA22 rather than a comedy "lookalike"...
celica101
I don't think it looks that bad, still looks better than celica's with strips down them or pretend carbon fibre.
