Yeah they have a tool kit, mine has a 10mm spanner, Philips screwdriver ect, i also carry a multi tool with sockets and screwdrivers

Put a thread up in the wanted section someone might have something, As you say there is the blanking plate with toyota logo on and there's also cubby hole ones for storage One for sale here mate
