Like the recaros in the pics from the Escort RS turbo the cobra seats with a tilt lever will also have a winder but cobra does versions of its seats for cars with 4 doors and no real need for a tilt lever. Seems silly to me as its making life harder by producing 2 different seat versions. Cobra seats wether missano's / sidewinders / daytonas came in both manual recline and with a tilt lever. Reason i sold Erins daytonas were because they were manual winders.
