  1. Small upgrade of my old sub still worked, just looked rubbish.
  2. It definitely takes a big strain on the engine, my old 140 it was my summer turbo button
  3. That was my first Celica 5 years ago I loved that colour.
  4. Well, my local garage chopped off them pesky drop links, a very slow drive home and finally was able to finish fitting my BC coil overs, gone for a small drop and very happy with the new look.

  6. That’s what I was hoping, as the newer ones have a option for a 14mm spanner behind but these are two old and is just smooth. Really annoying but booked it in to my local garage on Saturday to get up on a ramp to get a better angle to cut it off. Bugs me having to pay for it but I don’t want to damage my car.

I can’t grind the nut off not enough access to it I’m sure I’ll cut something I shouldn’t I think it’s only possible with a proper lift ramp, just enough room for my socket too fit on as so close to the wishbone. I don’t trust my cheap jack stands enough to crawl under the car if I can help it.
  8. Tried taking the front drop links off so I can install my coilovers, given up wasted to much time on it. They have been drowned in wd40 for weeks wire brushed and still just spin now tried locking with a Allen key and just rounded it’s self not enough room for mole grips and the nut spliter I got just keeps falling off. I don’t want to grind it as at the bottom there is no room. Can’t believe I’ve been beaten by two 14mm nuts
  9. Changed mine last month didn’t look any better,
  10. Most go with Jap import size, 12 x 6 inch. But anything other than the standard number size plate is deemed illegal in the eyes of the police. Just depends how fussy your local plod are.
  11. Think, if its shiny it attracts them more. I suffer in the heat with black cars when not even moving. If I have cleaned and polished mine and left outside the stupid nats think its water and get a swarm land on the car instantly explode on contact as its hot and bake themselves to the car. It's so annoying, and takes flipping ages to get them off.
  12. Get them off eBay for like £8 as long as they have the right size letters in the correct font on UK size plate with who made them post code there is no legal issues whatsoever. No police will stop you for having a correct clear number plate

  14. Wd40 the locks first then let it soak in for a little while
