    Yep seal the unit like you have done . I put my air feed behind the front grill less chance of water

    That's what i was told by my sprayer that it was single coat and would have to do the whole car if i wanted twin pack has it would look out of place. This was Toyota 040 white.

    I agree with sonic if you have found a gen 4 with rust free body then your on to a good thing. The 4 is a good strong motor i have a 162 vert a 165 also a gen 5 182 and they all have their likes and dislikes.

    I have a suction spray gun which is fine for things like you need to do but gravity is better. You will also need an inline water trap to catch any condensation that will come through from the compressor.
