Has no one got a machine polisher over by you that you could have a blast with mate? It would definitely sort out the rear quarter without the need for a respray. Not sure about the door though ... If you're back around Yorkshire any time soon let me know & i'll lend you mine if you like.

Make sure its all high temperature rated. I know someone who painted their callipers with normal paint & laquer ... it burnt, bubbled & spat all over. Ruined his brakes (discs, pads & callipers) & wheels :rolleyes:

Absolutely nothing wrong with drilled discs, just avoid the cheap ones ... but you do that with all discs anyway right? Cant comment on what they are like for track use because i've never used them on track before. I imagine a decent set will be up to job though, otherwise you wouldnt see them on pretty much every new powerful sports car.
