  1. This happend the day I bought my 7...the lovley metal halfords formats jammed the throttle pedal down. The drivers side was last seen in the shell petrol station haha
  2. I used an eBay company for a set of side light bulbs for my last car my coupe...then they asked for pictures so I sent a few and they used them for the eBay ad. I felt quite proud!
  3. I took mine from this 50/50shot To this My first wheel refurb attempt. I took mine from this 50/50shot To this My first wheel refurb attempt.
  4. Every year. Oil and filter change every first weekend of the 3rd month. But I do about 20/25k a year lol
  5. Love it! But why park so far away? Haha!
  6. Tbh I used to run these on my old coupe stretched into the wheels because they were cheap £200 for 4 215 35 18's...the stretch probably didn't help but they seemed ok...I did 3 sets a year due to camber and still have the 3rd set on the celica for nearly a year now in march. But I'd say wet weather is very poor for accelerating and cornering, not had any scary braking moments YET. I always used to swear on toyo t1r for the track wheels though and would insist on putting back on through winter...tyres are the only thing to keep you on the road, I wouldn't skimp on them.
  7. Just ordered one of those thanks Jamie Is the fuel read out any good? And I'm guessing it'll work with ipad3 too?
  8. My 140 2004 has 108k ish on it and I drive it just as I did when I got it with 80k on it...It's there to be used and be used it will! as long as Its allowed to warm up before giving a hoof full and you take care of it i don't see a problem
  9. My bad I thought you where looking for a gen 7 lip
  10. There's a group buy going on at the moment from RTP, I have his lip on mine and highly recommend it
  11. I'm not sure on the gen 4 but I've seen older cars with screw on wiper blades...can't say it's the same for you as Ive never got close enough to a 4... Can you just get a normal blade and swap the rubbers and metal strips from the new blade to yours?
  12. Yeah that was suppose to be shut haha
  13. A very good friend replaced the door on his S13, shit the door and locked himself out!! In through the boot he went!!
  14. Don't forget to swap the door key lock if there is one on the side your changing though
  15. The p1 and p3 range have an option of having drl fogs but there isn't a fog light switch and switch off when the light switch module is turned making them legal and not projecting any light into the road Infront...I've looked Into doing it with mine but seems to much headache
  16. I wouldn't take it to metal, if it is stone chipped just skim the chips with some stopper and sand it back before filler primer and base, If you do use any kind of paint stripper you might cause I headache in cleaning the panel completely to prevent the new paint reacting
  17. Like you've said you can de glaze the pads with some sand paper, make sure you grease the carriers when you rebuild the pads using copper grease, also clean the disc faces with brake cleaner
  18. My friend has had his whole engine bay bits Done for his st170focus and another had wheels and engine plastics done on hi golf...both very impressive! I'm tempted with my engine plastics, wicked coatings done both
  19. I paid £70 for a roof on my previous car, I'd be looking to pay £100 ish But it's straight forward to do, as long as you have a little patients and a few hours on your hands with a little help of somebody you can do it in your street
  20. Yes mate, been on over a year now, no problems yet.
  21. I have the first 'trd' oil cap...but I left the fake looking trd cap off, it does the job, it's a cap and when I need to put oil in I just unscrew it
  22. Just got back from having mine done, what a difference, no more silly rear camber well 1.1degree on it now...the car was all over the place on the way down there and a missive improvement after, I haven't had chance to push it yet because of traffic. The initial turn in felt a lot better on the way home! Money well spent!
  23. The company I'm using avia wheel alignment in Bridgend are dry highly rated on the piston head, night walkers, Evo and Subaru forums, I'm hoping ill feel a differnce after!
