I think you're making the correct choice with just grooved and coated. Thought 'ticking' only came with the drilled discs. Are you getting them from FreakyParts? -

Well just to let you know after a few phone calls to vosa I finally got my car passed with hids.

My HIDS 'failed' my mot. I argued the point with three staff at the garage relating to the wording of the new regulations. But what p#sses me off is the reasons for refusal : 001 Front headlamp cleaning device inoperative 002 Front headlamp levelling device inoperative The car doesnt have a cleaning device so how can it be inoperative and the levelling device that is fitted works !??? So currently have no MOT grrrr

Just used that guy of ebay to get my broken key swapped over . Cracking service posted old key Wednesday received new key Friday . The casing looks oem , much better than the £3 casing I bought a while back.

If you can fill in the holes could you drill the dents out to create another hole to be filled??
