    top idea that man , id fuse it and then attach to the lighter fuse, or the stereo power feed, that way its well protected, the usb fuse should pop 1st if it breaks, and if it draws way to much power due to a short then either the radio or the ciggie lighters fuse would pop protecting things, go for it, top mod

    id consider 50's if lowered if you want your spine in 1 piece but tyre size is soo personal, recently rode 40 and 45, will be getting 215/45 on my 17" momo's

    single din is standard cdradio size, double din is twice the size, I know gen 5 & 6 can take double if you remove the Toyota blank plate, not sure of the internats of a gen4 happy researching reference http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_7736

    also halfrauds sell a can of freezer spray you could use on bolt head to help get that 13mm socket fitted, i take it your going to source a suitable bolt BEFORE you strip caliper.. best of luck
