I have from kwikfit in the past too, about the only thing i would purchase from them but they use the cheapest gaskets and by their own admission they can sometimes fail which is a pain in the butt. So if there's an alternative exhaust place nearby that be worth a try first

the bit you've wrapped is there, just when i look in there the righthand side there is a squarish hole? i just taken some pics of either end of the vent i got and just uploading edited ok this end has a bit on it that looks like it should be part of the housing? it comes off that's it on the table next to it and this is the other end

traitor i just got and much needed for the gen 5 sadly for someone else they just bought a new rad for theirs and it failed mot dismally...

Cant think of any hammerite that would match without just looking like a bad match Maybe look at humbrol paints from a model shop? Might be a better colour choice there
