ahh ok i had no idea what they mean, thanks guys so some grade 6's is it worth getting some cheap asda or halfords own brand to flush the system out before using the good stuff and how much do i need 4/5 litres?

right before winter gets to bad i want to sort a service ut and need some info... plugs? seen loads out there what does the grade mean? seen 6 and 8, iridium and platinum ? oil, i have a friend who owns bardahl oils and i need to know what i need 5w30? cheers in advance guys

ahh i've used them before, been out in chris's sagaris...will ask them if they do rattles as i only have a small area to touch up and cant afford a professional respray on the whole thing haha
