I dont no if it will work yet but the theory is I have got some uk clocks as a complete and im hoping its just plug and play but will report back once fitted as for the speedo being out take the clocks out take thw front off pull the needle off using said method then on a lonh quiet road using sat nav drive at say 15mph on the sat navthen push the needle on is how im goin to do it then that shoild be it rebuild all back up and check it at other speeds it may not be bang on sat nav speed due to delay and such but a couple of miles an here give ot take should be fine.

Yea popped up really easy I used to plastic trim tools as im a mechanic but 2 spoons and some kitchen towel will work as said above to stop any scratches on the clock face and clockin the mileage was a little to easy wanted the uk clocks to say the same mileage as my old one so theres no change on any of my mots.

Cheers all sorted mmm right mileage set now do I go for some custom dials before I put the clocks in. Switching from km to miles as the 118mph limiter was doing my head in.

Hey guys anyone now how to remove the needle on the speedo clocks of a gen 6.

I had this on my car turned out to be the way the wires where put. Together over time corroded and put the resistance up and brought the light on re wired all good again.

Airbags should stay in steering wheels and old low riders in gta.

Ouch I think I need to remove the lead feom my right foot lol but that woukd be boring.

I know and I shoulf no better bein a mechanic the gen 6 however is 32psi bang on checked weekly. But the corsa cost me fifty quid and got me back on the road after loosing my first celica never had a problem tho at 45psi also didnt help the bottom ball joints where seizing and thw top mount bearing had collapsed so that was the main reason for upping the pressure. Didnt want to put any money into the car leaked oil like crazy and leaked coolant till I put a couple of eggs in there lol sealed the rad up a treat tho.

In my l reg corsa I used to put 40 to 45 in the front only becsuse manual steering was so damn heavy anyhing less then that it felt likr I was trying to park the titanic.

I think its in the fuse box under the bonnet and I think all the fuses are marked to which ones which on the underside of the cover should say efi or fuel pump with what amp fuse it is.

When I fit new turbos at work I use a syringe to inject the turbo with fresh oil and spin it by hand or u could pull the fuel pump fuse out then no fuel will be dilevered to the infectors.

Mine if I had a spare 50 quid would have to be fuel. As thats about as far as I could stretch.

Could try a local nut and bolt outlet that may have it. in basingstoke we have a hampshire bolt and tool shop that stocks a large selection of stuff like that worth a try.

How do these I work I wanna see if mine is still in its casing but dont wanna open it incase it goes off or something lol.

At least the porcshe will be come with nicer wheels.

But theres not alot of difference between a 190 an a gen 6 gt in the real world maybe on a track where the 190 can stay in its lift state easier.

Well as some of u might have read that aboit a month ago my neighbour reversed his van into my 6 and snapped the spoiler off after a month of searching I still cant find a black 3 post spoiler so looks like im gonna have to get a different colour and hope the guy pays up for it being painted. Unless u lovely bunch on here could help with the search as me and search bars are not the best of friends.
