  1. How come you took them off my profile I know where SJ is coming from, but I do think a lot of people do join to just gather information and read up on things and only post if and when they maybe have a question. You can usually tell the spammers/bots as it will be a really unsual name with a number at the end. Bryan was explaining all about them to me the other week at the party I have seen or heard of most of those names you listed apart from the top 2
  2. Loads of members have the flyeye mod There is a huge thread somewhere
  3. No problems at all, passed last 3 MOT's with them tintet. They still flash vibrantly amber which is all that matters for MOT etc but to look at they are black Yeah clear definatly works very well on a silver car
  4. Yeah a lot of people tend to mod a prefacelift with a facelift bumper. For me its been done so much though and everyone now has a facelift so I kept my prefacelift as it is,kinda looks like a baby face to me Also as my car is black I just tinted out mine, you don't even know the indicators are there untill there on
  5. Prefacelift - Facelift - The pre's are rounded and the facelifts are more triangular
  6. Trust me they are wrong, you can tell from the shape as the prefacelift and facelift are totally different shapes, as said above Wolfie308 is the only place you can get them from A lot of companies don't know about the facelift change and advertise them fr that year however they are 96 onwards
  7. That would be because there is only one person in the entire world that makes the clear ones for the PREfacelift. Lucky for you he is a corp member on here - Wolfie308 in the corperate section You can buy them from his website - CLICK ME They are pricey but again he is the only person who makes them hence the price Hope this helps Dawn Nope they are Facelift but good try
  8. Awesome as always BigB Good man!!
  9. As far as I am aware the 4 wheel laser allingment that FCM and Revolution do is not the same as the cheapo ones being qouted. Its better and mainly used for modified, lower cars with aftermarket alloys. This is what I am led to believe but I will stand corrected if I am wrong but im sure its different.
  10. I think prices start from £55 at Revolution, I tried to get booked in a few months ago but it was fully booked for weeks!
  11. Fuck No for me also, Again NO ONE is allowed to smoke, eat or drink in my car end off, unless its a long journey say 4 hours plus when I will allow drink and food but still smoking! If someone wants a fag then do it somewhere else and I would rather they did not get straight into my car after as I'm sorry but you all stink after having a fag, the smell is rank and I don't want it lingering in my car. I don't mind people smoking, your chouice BUT not in my car
  12. Hey that looks bloody good for a first attempt Sam, bloody good! I wouldn't have the patience for wrapping!!!
  13. I won't be keeping it like that, it will literally be for the MOT as already said above. Im getting new a new tyre for the repaired alloy but wont have the cash until a few days later which is no good for the MOT. I think Andy might be lending me a full set of alloys for the MOT
  14. They are all different, we are supposed to be set up but I know some don't. Best thing to do is go in to your local dealer and ask, if they say no then tell them we are supposed to be set up and most dealerships do accept it and try get them to set the discount up at that actual dealership, that way other people can benefit too. HTH Dawn
  15. I don't have ABS so that won't matter. Now I need to find someone with a gen7 GT near me that I can put on the front to match the one I have. Or find someone with a spare full set of wheels to lend me for a day while car goes through MOT as at the moment I have 3 of my 18s on and one gen7 gt 17' Thanks all
  16. Hi all Would the car pass an MOT with different size wheels on the front, for example, my 18s on the back and then two matching 17s on the front? Obviously all with legal tred but would the wheel size being different fail? Im running with one gen 7 GT wheel on the drivers side, my alloy has been fixed but I can't afford a new tyre till after my MOT is due so I was thinking of trying to get hold of another matching gen 7 GT wheel or another pair of wheels to put on front to get it through the MOT or lend a full set for a few days if anyone has a spare set they can lend. Thanks Dawn
  17. I can't help but laugh Andy....sorry I know thats bad In all seriousness though, you need to get that washed off asap Its supposde to be good luck if you get shat on though by a bird
  18. Glad to see your car back with its owner looking fresh and tidy Bet it felt like an age Sam!!!!

  20. A few of us all had serious problems with them and I will always try and warn people to stay clear BUT its your choice dude Ive had them snap and shatter into pieces at the tyre shop and various other times when taking wheels of etc - utter nightmare!! I can give you the link to a really god ebay seller of steel ones if you need new ones
  21. Never buy alliminium wheel nuts......they will break and get stuck on and cause you a nightmare! Stick to steel nuts.....trust me and about 10 other members on this!!!
