Turtle Wax contains a lotta fillers and abrasives that temporarily fill swirls but actually make them worse. the BEST wash and go stuff you can get (that isn't bordering into dickhead expensive territory) is Meguiars Gold Class car wash, it's good for getting shit off and leaving a decent layer of protection afterwards, gives a nice glossy shine too when used with warm water http://www.impactglazing.co.uk/images/Autocare/gold_class_car_wash_large.jpg £15 for a large bottle from Halfords.

I think the expansion tank cap thingy might be the one directly to the right of the rad cap, white tube with a black lid on it. I stand to be corrected though as I'm unsure, but kinda makes sense seeing as that's where all the cooling stuff is located!

Bulkheads the bit between the engine and you...so the firewall...the bit at the back of the engine bay the rad cap is the radiator cap...at the front of the engine, it's basically a lid bit you can unscrew expansion cap...dunno, let someone else fill you in on that! The pipes are the only ones going into the bulkhead. lemme see if I can get a pic and edit it to make it easier for you

All you need is a smooth surface...and it has to be clean. The vinyl self adheres via heating it up to mould it to the shape of the item you're wrapping. If the wheels are badly kerbed and so on...they'd probably be better off being sanded down to make them as smooth as possible and then sprayed. Ray at RTP informed me that you really need to wait 6 weeks after spraying something before sticking wrap to it, I'd imagine it'd because the paint and wrap would bond together and make a REET mess when you come to remove the vinyl.

Been done by lotsa people on various forums I've been on. Even a video on youtube showin you how to do it. Wouldn't bother with anything 3d as above..would collect shit in no time. I'm debating wether to wrap mine in matte black till winter buggers off.

450 minimum Doubt it, I have done all sortsa journeys in all sortsa cars and cant say doing short runs regularly has caused any issue.

It's a prefacelift...so if it's an import it's an SS2...which all came with 3sge if I'm not mistaken? Unless it's an ST in which case it came with the 7a-fe..which is decent but mega gutless.
