I don't know much about GT4's apart from that they're fast but I think it would be a shame for you to sell such a nice GT. Yes you will get more power but how often are you going to use more than 190bhp? Listen to people who have actually driven both but for a daily driver I'd stick with the GT

As with any car, don't buy a cheap faff buy the best you can afford, too many cheap ones out there with very expensive problems around the corner. Buy a well maintained one though with the major bits done and the car should be good for at least 5 years without anything major.
