digs Posted April 24, 2013 Report Share Posted April 24, 2013 Hi, hopefully this is easy but need an answer addressed to an idiot. Need to oil my turbo before starting engine running. Can I just pull the ht leads and turn the key, or will that flood the engine with fuel? Is there a better way of doing it ? redtoycelica Posted April 24, 2013 Report Share Posted April 24, 2013 When I fit new turbos at work I use a syringe to inject the turbo with fresh oil and spin it by hand or u could pull the fuel pump fuse out then no fuel will be dilevered to the infectors. redtoycelica Posted April 24, 2013 Report Share Posted April 24, 2013 I think its in the fuse box under the bonnet and I think all the fuses are marked to which ones which on the underside of the cover should say efi or fuel pump with what amp fuse it is.
