cuchilo Posted November 9, 2011 Report Share Posted November 9, 2011 Hey Guys, Just bought a 1995 gen 6 GT(thats the 3rd celica i bought) its in an ok condition ... but its an automatic, it has the 3S-FE engine i think but its the gearbox that has me confused, the drive/reverse bit i understand even the overdrive button but the buttons around the lever i aint sure about .... plus its a bit of a quandry cos its a GT. 2ltr pre face lift chassis with facelift body kit, spoiler lights etc but not the airbag etc ....very confused lol can anybody tell me what the flippin buttons do .... especially the little red one with jap writing under it???????? thanks Dave Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A Senna Posted November 11, 2011 Report Share Posted November 11, 2011 Mines a auto 3SFE rebuilt it 4 years ago, I basicly leave it in overdrive for economy, the other buttons I never use, I think they lower the gearing and/keepit in gear for longer in slipery conditions.
