chinny Posted April 29, 2011 Report Share Posted April 29, 2011 changing the bulbs on the speedo cluster when i found this device wired to the back of the speedo,a red led light comes on with the ignition and its got an adjuster in the top right corner set to zero,gave it a turn to see if the dash lights dimmed and nowt happened,so what is it?
