Brakes

Getting them checked out on Wednesday. Just going to go for some standard GT brakes supplied by the mechanic. Any ideas if it's possible to spray the discs? After chrome discs and possibly blue calipers.

chrome discs????

Do you actually want to be able to use the discs for stopping, or just for looking at your reflection in? :laugh2:

Why would you want to spray the discs? the pad contact area stays shiney and the rest you can just paint with hammerite whatever colour you like.

You can do the same with the calipers, just clean them up and paint them. No more than a mornings work.

I saw on Ebay that this company paints the discs to a colour of the buyer's choice. I was just wondering if it was something I could do myself. I wouldn't know where to start with getting the discs off, I've never done anything like that lol.

Got the idea from something I saw on Ebay lol.
