Now im not very good at DIY but our lass is so she can try for me. I'd go for a spray adhesive, mate - you want a very thin but even covering so you minimise the risk of lumps in the finish or spots where there is no glue. As a guide quote for leather on standard seats, you'd be looking around £700ish. Yeah be the seat cushions , visors and centre console lid mate If you're supplying the material, say £125 for the lot.
