They'll be fine. Any of the tuner nuts will be fine but make sure you get STEEL and not alloy nuts. The alloy ones have a tendency to shear apparently....

So £1.20 per inch? So 17" would be £20.40inc Vat for coating. So, £81.60 based on 4 wheels. Add tyre removal at £20-40. Then add Shotblast at £30-40 a wheel. So assuming you want them done properly... Tyres & Valves removed £30 Shotblast £140 Coating £81.60 Tyres re fitted and balanced £40 Total £291.60 Not as much a bargain as first appears....

Powder Coat can withstand temperatures of 200°c all day long without discolouration or affecting the finish. I have this in writing from my suppliers.

I will be posting up a vid in the next week or so to show just how tough powder coat is once its been baked. Just as a point of reference, wheels are powdercoated as its tougher, more resistant to chips and scuffs and leaves a long lasting finish.
