  1. i did mate , it said celica and then didnt realise it was a nissan lol
  2. sorry guys , i took the celica bit and then realised sorry lol
  3. i also love the sound of the tsport exhaust , theres growl , a slight resonance noise and a bit of a burble , does anyone know how long a exhaust like this would last as a mate of mine has had a mazda mx5 for 11 years and it still has the original exhaust and i was just wondering would the standard celica sort of be the same or not.
  4. i did this once on my vx v6 and it made a horrible little rattle because it was too cheap so i wont be making the same mistake again...
  5. i bout mobil 1 2000 5 30w , a small one litre bottle for any top ups and mines been ok for the last 4 mths but in a few months time i will be giving it a full service and i will be using 5w/40 because im using lift a bit more now
  6. i had 6000k on my old v6 but that also had projector headlamps and yes it was a brilliant mod but tbh the lights that toyota did fit are very good im finding and very unlike candle like so for now i wont be fitting hids but i also know you can get HID type replacement bulbs .
  7. well lets put it this way I was lucky to sell my vx v6 last year in november as one I was struggling with the fuel costs of the 2.5 v6 engine , the engine are buggers to work on and some tasks not too simple and as i had tired the vauxhalls after 9 years of being on a boring forum which didnt hardly get many online ,and anything i would say would get slated and tbh i was looking at getting something with around a 1.8 or a two litre engine and toys etc and even after 4 months I still love the Tsport and I am definately not missing the previous car.I sold the vx with a years mot for £450 to a old school buddy and a month later after he realised it was a expensive car to run he sold it and got £350 and its either people are keeping their cash close to them or people are wanting smaller cars like diesels. hope you get someone look at it soon mate i bought my tsport with one dent in the drivers door (history from a previous female so i was told and quite a few dents very small ) but apart from those the car is quite mint , interior is untouched with 97k on the clock and it had 10 mths mot for £2300 and it turned out less than 5 miles from my doorstep.
  8. so far it let me log in but when you go to look at your car details and confirm its just busy on the cursor and dont do nothing
  9. strange i signed up and added my account but when you input the registration number its says an error has occured ...
  10. i put my reg in the box and that worked but just gonna try signup now
  11. nice one mate , mines not due till october
  12. such a shame as it looks a nice ST but like everyones said with scrap engine it wont do him any favours , i mean i recently sold my special edition vx 2.5 v6 calibra with a magnificent engine and bulletproof reliablity (5 years for £450 with 11 mths mot ,2 mths tax and a few extras which made it a great car but Im afraid im glad i changed to a Tsport). So out of the two i know which one i would of chosen unless engine was better
  13. luckily escape there then mate , so where did you get the snow socks , i found the tsport was useless at reverse parking the car at home the other night I know the rear tyres arent too grippy at the moment too anyway and im gonna change these in the next month or so but it would drive in the space but not reverse .
  14. yeah i did see what you said about them and they sounded good , what are they like in the snow as well
  15. so these are the same ones as chris's and he gave them a good thumbs up http://www.camskill.co.uk/m54b1585s457p61951/Kumho_Tyres_Car_Kumho_KU39_Ecsta_Le_Sport_Kumho_KU_39_-_205_45R17_88Y_XL_TL_ http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Kumho/Ecsta-KU39.htm dont know much of the difference to both these : http://www.camskill.co.uk/m54b2554s457p97911/Falken_Tyres_Car_Falken_ZE914_Ziex_Ecorun_Falken_ZE_914_-_205_45_R17_88W_XL_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_E_Wet_Grip%3A_B_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_71dB http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Falken/ZE914.htm http://www.camskill.co.uk/m54b747s457p97912/Falken_Tyres_Car_Falken_ZE912_Ziex_Falken_ZE_912_-_205_45_R17_88W_XL_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_G_Wet_Grip%3A_C_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_71dB http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Falken/ZE912.htm these are the zv5 avons : http://www.camskill.co.uk/m54b834s457p108177/Avon_Tyres_Car_Avon_ZV5_Avon_ZV_5_-_205_45_R17_88V_XL_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_C_Wet_Grip%3A_C_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_72dB http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Avon/ZV5.htm and mine that i have on the rears : http://www.camskill.co.uk/m54b4s457p108182/Avon_Tyres_Car_Avon_ZZ3_Avon_ZZ_3_-_205_45_R17_88W_XL_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_F_Wet_Grip%3A_C_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_72dB http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Avon/ZZ3.htm so theres a few good tyres with prices there
  16. no i know what you guys are saying , i do only need two as these are getting very worn and they are on the back trailers (the avons) i think i have these on the front : http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Falken/ZIEX-ZE329.htm but i dont think they are as good as the avons from that review ... the avon zz3s are very good value for money delivered but then would be the extra cost of getting the two fitted ( i will have to find out how much ) but 130-140 on two mid range branded tyres seem very good especially as one of the garages i called up said they would cost 91 each fitted at the normal place i use so maybe they will cost under 200 if i got them delivered .
  17. ive sent a few emails around this morning asking what mid range tyres they can do in my size and also asked if i was to purchase tyres online how much would they cost for them to swap fronts to rear and then fit new ones to front. on the tyre review site here : http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/ Ive noticed the following heading : premium branded tyres mid range branded tyres economy branded tyres budget tyres Now budget tyres are going off my list (but I was wondering what about economy /mid range /premium or do i need to stick with the top two?
