  2. Mtec dimpled and grooved discs Yellowstuff pads (thanks FreakyParts) Snowfoam lance Snowfoam liquid Washbucket grit guard Synth lambswool washmitt & some microfibre cloths (thanks Inspired Automotive)
  3. oooh, very nice! shame about the nuts though... I've always wondered about staggered fitments and dished rear wheels though... what happens when you need to replace the tyres on the front wheels? 'They' say that new tyres are meant to be put on the back axle, so do you have to remove the tyres from the back wheels and put them on the front wheels? And then put the new ones on the rears?
  4. sorry to see this dude. at that height it looks like it was a lorry or van, and I bet they probably wouldn't even have felt it. plus the majority usually have the stereo on full pelt too, so prob couldn't hear it either But as AMS said, it should be in the £4-500 range. I had something similar, dented and creased, and it was £450 to get this sorted on my 140 (I also returned to the car to find the damage with no note or anything) It's not cheap, but probably better than claiming off insurance, losing your NCB and having future premiums affected.
  5. well I was on foot coming out of the station, so either way you'd not have spotted me unless you knew what I look like and had a pair of binoculars in the back of your head!
  6. Allo boss, I saw/heard you driving past Stratford bus station last Friday night around 7:30 at least I presume it was you... there can't be that many lime green Celicas in East London? Car sounded lurvely
  7. The next step in my audio upgrade. Door speakers
  8. i did stick my pocketknife in it to try and sample the goods... hopefully i've not perforated one of the cones.
  9. This arrived... Step 1 for upgrading the ICE, replacement dashboard speakers
  10. Sometimes they never quite wait long enough for you to get dressed/stop what you're doing/get out of the shower/off the toilet etc.
  11. you do know that they'll bring it to your door?
  12. welcome! I do love the lime green, and as has been mentioned, there's only so many different combinations for parts and colours on the Celica, so whatever you do it's always going to resemble someone elses At least the chances of coming across another one day-to-day is very very slim. I'm just in Loughton, shall keep the eyes peeled for a lime green car while out and about near Romford/A12 area With regards to the lip, lowered 35 and with the C-One lip I just had to crawl over the speedbumps, and approach them at an angle, 1 wheel at a time. I think the C-One is a fraction lower than the Greddy too, so just take your time and you'll be fine
  13. isn't the purpose of this thread to show things that are Celica related? nice looking guitar tho
  14. It must be! I read lots of bad reviews of similar cheaper tools, but assumed a big name like Laser would be stronger. ... I was wrong.
  15. I got a new sparkplug socket. Hopefully it'll be more robust than the Laser one that snapped trying to remove plug #2!! Talk about 'not fit for purpose!'
  16. 16mm spark plug socket tool. I'm finally ready to do my first full DIY service
  17. what have you been buying now?? shocking abuse of 'handling fees' tho
  18. Blitz panel filter, supposed to be a great upgrade... JDM yo!
