  4. Tell him if you say 'I'm a clot' slowly its sounds like 'gullible'
  5. No TRD dials or NAV/Screen either.... seller is on crack.
  6. My old man complains that lift will 'wreck my engine', even though its designed to do it....

  8. To be able to fully control all speakers you need to have an output for each one from the head unit, these in turn can be plugged into a 4 channel amp or a pair of stereo amps. All balancing would then be controlled through the head unit.
  9. which one is batman and which one is robin?
  10. i thought the sony unit was a standard one as some of the late spec gen 6's came with them too? :S
  11. my 3200bt went in perfectly with the standard pre-facelift sony surround. i didn't even have to alter it either.
  12. when i fitted mine into my celica, i had to use some washers on the bolts to make the front of the radio flush with the center console HTH
  13. reverse is only needed if you have a reversing camera, mute is only for if you wanted to install a stand alone parrot or other handsfree system.
  14. so you have the optional amp then? the plugs dont really matter so just tape them up somewhere safe. All you need is the ISO ones
  15. if you don't have the add-ons, the wires wont be there at all... power antenna is the one! its function is so that you can't play video's when your moving. However, it shouldn't really just be left loose. If you put it to ground (i used one of the bolts which hold the brackets to the car) it will be best and not short out anywhere!
  16. A friend of mine had the 3200bt with the navi-box, and it was fantastic! I would love that add on for mine, but as i have a good tom tom i don't really see the need......yet. lol
  17. yeah i saw your post in that thread, i had been trying to help out showing the differences between the two models, but people seem to know better than myself, who actually owns the unit and has good friends who own a car electronics business.... As i said in my audio guide, buy cheap, buy twice.
  18. the extra plugs on the back of the standard head unit are for things like mini-disc and cd changer. all you need to do is plug in the iso adapter. the best cable to use for sub remote os on the iso adapter itself, is the remote arial one, i think its brown, also you will want to put the handbrake cable of the pioneer loom to earth rather than faffing about fixing it to your handbrake. I have the 3200BT and it is a fantastic piece of kit, and as has been said, the only difference is app mode. If anyone is interested in the 3300bt i can see what kind of deals i can do with my good friends who own a car electronics business.
  19. Happy Anniversary Harwood!

  20. its fairly easy matey, just find the colors of the wires going into your speaker, and then find them behind the head unit. cut the old ones out from the wiring behind the head unit, and solder new ones in.
  21. Loose wires, burnt out wires, amp in the head unit... The list goes on.
  22. There are no fuses on any of the speakers...
