picked some tiger seal up, so going to give that a go tomorrow i like the idea that it is flexible stuff so if i do hit a bump it will flex a little instead of snaping.

finally got the front lip, but some of the brackets have sapped, even if they wasn't snapped i was going to re inforce them with some metal as they are prone to braking. so my question is: What would you use to bond the new metal plate's to the plastic brackets?

Well over the last 2 years I have been running on 205/45/17 and they have been fine, I now need 2 new tyres but I was thinking of moving the 205/45/17 from the back to the front then getting 215/45/17 on the back. Now I've heard a lot of people say it will mess up the sensors or something so it has made me hold off. Can 10mm extra really mess it up as its the width and not the rolling distance. Been looking online at tyres and when I put my reg in it says my car should have 215/45/17 so if I do get them on the back of the car surly it won't mess it up if it's surpose to have them? Sorry to sound stupid I just want to make sure I get the right size

same here, i love my apexi filter, the sound of it is so good for such a little filter sell it for £10 and save up the next £40 and get the apexi. u wont regret paying £50

just 2 quick questions. 1st. I rember some members buy there tyres from an online shop that was really good for price but i cant rember what site it was? 2nd. i need 2 front tyres, my rears are like new and are 205,45,17 so im going to move the rears to the front and put the new ones on the back, but im thinking of getting 215,45,17. what is the benefit of having 215's? and would it matter if i had 215's on the back and 205's on the front? cheers

Hi guys im looking at getting a new gt front lip as mine is missing (damm previous owners ) i have sourced one but it is in Newcastle and they wont post it so if they agree on a price it should be mine. so.... im asking is there anyone in the Newcastle area who would pick it up for me and post it down to sunny old Essex if i do buy it. and of course there will be beer tokens for the help cheers

its just next year u might have a problem. i asked about them when mine went in for its Mot last month and the guy said he is not 100% sure about them yet as he was waiting for all his new paper work to come though. he said i can go back to him in January and read the bits that wont be legal. so i will do a thread about it all when i read it all.

The lift bolts are just under the rocker cover to the left nxt to the timming chain and they engage lift at 6500 revs ie that small kick of power u get. There is a link with pictures but I'm on my iPod so can't put the link in

when they done the facelift they put better lift bolts in on the 190's might be worth checking to see if yours have been replaced as the pre facelift one are prone to snap.
