    depends on how much damage their was before hand - also depends on the person doing repairs - if you can see pics of the car before - may give you a better idea, the vehicle inspections - also depend on the inspector - some of the stuff they come back with is way over the top whilst they can still miss some pretty important things - id take it a MOT tester you know and trust and get a more straight answer.

    importing cars into the US is a real pain from what i can remember - isnt this why people "build" gt4s out there - as they cannot do a straight import from another country

    I know what you mean - Id normally have changed my car at 100k but nothing takes my fancy - been pondering over a cr-z as ive given up hope on the ft-86 ever coming out...

    agreed - sounds like its not bled properly - gen7 is a bit of a pain to bleed - but for the price of a stat maybe worth swapping out anyway

    i think on older cars - you would see the clock go backwards in reverse - on newer cars where its a signal rather than a drive probably not best way to check if you think your mileage is more - stick a journey in sat nav check how much it should be and then follow it and see how mnay miles it is on your clock

    The weather this year is awful again - im thinking of getting rid of the vert as we never seem to get a summer anymore.. . just rain rain rain

    took the hood off mine for the 1st time in a long time today. Also bought some stuff called Renovo for the plastci window - really cleared it up and can see out of it loads better now - not that the roof will be on much now. . .

    I used black shoe polish on my old one, came out very nice and repelled the rain too. This is no lie.

    My suggestion is to place the g4 topic into the g1-3 one......... But the vert topic is a non starter to me..... already been suggested but rejected as technology between 1-3 and 4 is totally different - the 4 is a lot like the 5 though so maybe its should go in their.

    if its gonna cost money - I dont think we should have a vert forum, if not then why not, cant see their being too many posts in it to be honest, a bit like the g4 forum.
