Yea mostly cosmetic, I don't like those fabric grey and red seats in some 7s so when looking I look for the premium and style pack in the ad to save opening and reading to find out if it has leather and a spoiler but as I moaned about before it sometimes doesn't have those even though the spec advertised indicates it does.

LOL I didnt get GHDs with mine but I have no hair so not needed really,,,,but I`m sure they where an option.

I know what you mean Mate, its the ones that have no packs but advertised as having premium and style packs I`m on about.

Been looking through the ads on Autotraders website and I`m getting really pis*ed off with peeps (mainly dealers) Advertising Gen 7 Celica`s with premium and style packs when looking at the pics they obviously dont, I had one with those packs and it had leather, climate. sub in boot 17" Alloys and a spoiler. Most of the ones that say they have this have fabric seats no spoiler but sometimes climate, rant over LOL its just doing my head in.

Thanks for the replys, think I may try and find a nice 190, I cant afford a great deal..it really depends what I get for mine so Gen6 GT looked tempting as most are under a grand. I`ts going to be late in the year or next year even because my daughters getting married and I`m going to need spare dosh for that.

Last year I swapped my 120,000 mile 53 plate G7 Celica for a 40,000 mile Rover 75 Contemporary SE 1.8T (no laughing at the back) all the toys and loads of comfort had everything done by dealer before I bought it including uprated head gasket before I agreed to buy, BUT......I so miss my Celica that I think I`m going to sell it and get another Celica. Thing is I have always liked the look of the Gen6 but was put off because the newest was about a 1999, if anyone has had both what would you get? a nice Gen6 GT or a Gen7 190/T Sport. Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated. Thanks Guys/Gals Mike

I wouldnt have liked to be the one who bought one new , very nice drive though.

We had a MR2 Roadster and a Celica, we needed a car with more room plus I now car share so we kept the MR2 and swapped the Celica.

I recently exchanged my lovely black Celica for a Rover Contemporary SE on a 54 plate it`s a 1.8 turbo and surprisingly quick for the size of car (remap pos too) wish I could have kept both but I can`t afford it, compared to the Celica`s put petrol in and drive, the Rover is a whole different ballgame having a 1.8k its known for HGF if it hasn`t already had it done with the uprated gasket set which fixes it. I`m watching coolant levels like a hawk. I`d like to thank everybody in the club for all the enjoyment reading your posts and help given. Goodbye all Mike

I`m going to have a think about swapping for a Tsport, WEBUYANYCAR.COM offered £2250 so I will see what I get offered as a swap for a nice Tsport. Will wait till the weather gets milder then I`ll detail my car then take it in to see px prices. Thanks for all the comments great help in making my mind up.....now what colour to get. @InsolentMinx LOL I`m a bit old for the Nitrous route just turned a young at heart 57..its my everyday driver so I want it fairly standard, but if I was in my 20s like a lot of you guys I`d be spending all my dosh on my car after giving mum her few quid (only joking guys) when I was 20 I could just about afford a bike

Thats the other problem ....not got a huge budget, prob only mine as PX plus £2000 at most, not sure how much to SC mine (which was the other option I was thinking of) or if its a good idea with over 100K.
