  1. Mazda Icy Blue, as it's different, but I'd have the mirrors sprayed in the same colour, not black.
  2. This link may throw a little more light on the difference. I've chosen to stick to "Red", only because I've heard on this forum, "Pink" can attack the water pump gasket. http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/80-89-95-toyota-pickup-hilux/317931-difference-between-red-coolant-pink-coolant.html
  3. I would say that your TS was fitted with "Red" at the factory. "Pink" came a little later.
  4. No such thing as "premium" pack wheels, Mike. The rims I think you're referring too, are a little similar, and fitted to pre face lift 190 with "sport" pack, and post face lift 140 with "style" pack
  5. Happy Anniversary Kev 16v!

  6. Yes, the VVTi-L takes iridium plugs.

  8. It does. Here's a bit more info. on kenetic paint finishes. As you can see, Sunspot was a £1200-£1500 option 10 years ago, so it's a big decision, bearing in mind it would need to be declared to the relative Ins. Co. http://www.xpowerforums.com/Monogram%20Scheme%20-%20personalise%20your%20car.htm
  9. The colour code for Sunspot is IAC. Being a pearlescent colour with a multi layered effect, you will probably be put off having a re-spray in this colour due to the cost of the paint.
  10. A "good" wheel alignment (computerised) will cost ITRO £60. £15-20 is for a very basic alignment.
  11. Why don't you just get a pair of 215/45 for the rear, and if you don't get any traction/stability lights illuminating.."jobs a good 'un". More comfort with the larger side wall rears, more use out of your existing 205/45's on the front, and you won't be shaving a couple of tenths off your 0-60. If a warning light does come on, just get two more 215/45's in the same brand. That's what I'd do.
  12. With the larger rolling radius, your Speedo is going to be more accurate than with 205/45. I could tell a slight difference in acceleration with the larger tyre, but with your VVTi-L, it will be even less noticeable than my VVTi.
  13. 215/45/17 Good: Fills the arches better Softer ride More rim protection from kerbing Bad: Slight loss of acceleration due to larger rolling radius With your model, you would need to buy four, instead of two 205/45/17 HTH
  14. Sport and Premium. Dynamic is lip and skirts
  15. Totally gob smacked!!!! I'm now on the hunt for some 10 or 11J rims with 205 width tyres, and some 150mm spacers. It's going to look EPIC!!!! PS Presumably I'm going to need fibre glass wheel arch extensions from Barnsley which will fit straight on?.. ..or do I just need one of these?..http://en.wikipedia....jacket-rear.jpg
  16. OK guys, thanks again for taking the trouble to reply If there are any developments, I'll report back.
  17. Thanks for the link, ams. If I do end up buying a new H/U, it will have to be a Sony, as I have a Sony 10 disc changer. The DAB one doesn't have a remote as far as I can tell, and that's one thing I would really miss. After 13 years, I've got rather attached to the black face one
  18. It's a Sony, but not an OE Sony. http://www.google.co...ved=0CHkQ9QEwCQ
