One or the other can destroy the seals in the coolant. I'm running the pink I think it is. That's what it's meant to run on and that's what I use...

Not a fan... Purely because it looks kinda cheap, and why on earth would you move the cigarette port to the middle? Surely you'd be better off removing it all together and remounting it behind the dash with a usb extension running to the glove compartment.... (as usb is all anyone ever seems to use it for realistically). If I get custom dials made I'll be able to have the fog symbol added where it should be - but not sure if it would illuminate when the fogs are on or not yet... I'd rather not be adding extra lights to the dash that aren't on the dials though

No Front or Rear foglight indication on these... I've asked mook to send over the SMT's to begin with, I'll fit them and see if they actually light up and then get the dials made up to suit Didnt think it would be this much hassle! But then again who can say they have custom sports M dials... (probably going to get a lot of backlash for doing it mind!)

Their is a space behind where the foglight should be, and its actually marked on the dials at the back but as an import wont have been put in. Also a space for the SMT to be soldered onto the board but no SMT in place. Think the best thing to do would be to strip it down and mount the correct LEDs and see if they come on as they're supposed to. Then get the dials made accordingly

So if a gen 7 is an import how does it pass the UK MOT without the fog warning lights in the center console? Thats fair enough. But. Their is a place to solder on the LED behind the dials (their is a free space that has the solder already on it). Would this work if I soldered the SMT on?

Grabbed a set of sports m dials. Was going to get mook to knock up a set pretty much exactly the same but with mph instead of KMPH. Anyway. Mook was under the impression that their should be fog light warning lights for the MOT. Their certainly isn't on these though.... Also a lot of the other symbols are missing, but guess that's because the sports m doesn't have the features that the facelifts did. Here's what I mean... As an addition their IS space for an LED behind where the fogs should go, but no LED in it. Guess it hasn't been asked before if this LED can be added in?

My bushings arrived as well Trd clocks. Rear jdm strut bar and leather cover but no chrome surrounds. Emailed about them. Tax disc. Annnnnnnd. New wiper arms as mine where all scabby

£500 to refurbish 4 alloy wheels is crazy. Usual price is £50 per wheel. You could buy a set of alloys for that Doing it yourself may leave you with results that you're not 100% happy with if you're quite picky though!

Where'd you get this from? Looking at getting one for the pressure washer my dads about to buy and dont know the best place to pick one up

It is a very "euro" thing to do.... Suppose the jap scene is a bit different to the vag scene. Some cars suit it. Some dont. I guess you have to dare to be different but sometimes it doesnt pay off....

I'm sure it looks great at shows but 95% of these cars arent daily drivers so just try and remember that when you get ideas
