if you didn't use it to apply your spacers then you could have some serious issues if your wheel falls off while driving. Spacers are meant to be threaded in and bonded in place using Loctite. The reason tuner nuts generaly seize onto these is because of the material that they are made of, usually quite soft as well, have a tendency to seize onto the wheels. that and the Loctite wont have helped! Not sure what to suggest though. Probably removing it with the bolt then locking two nuts together one end and trying to take the wheel nut off that way.

Spiral cable attached to the airbag Airbag is fine and celica doesnt use the spiral cable as its left in the rav4

Are you just going to paint them with standard paint? I've seen a few people do it on here but just interested! Powdercoating might give a longer lasting finiish, but would cost a hell of a lot more!

They've been off the car for about 10 months so will be nice to get them back in (It only took mondo a few days to sort but it was me getting them sorted that took the time lol)
