  1. Haha. Okay then, guess you know how to keep the old girl sweet then!
  2. I recognise the name for sure. But my memory is crap when it comes to this! Haha. I get used to answering so many n00b posts on here, have to start at the basics. Haha What do you do for a living mate?
  3. If it's been sat for two years a good service wouldn't go a miss. And brakes checked. Welcome back
  4. I had a full chassi set from FCM motorsport in Bristol. Totally with it. Tightens up the car and handles superb. Although I was already slammed on coilovers so not exactly refined. In sure on stock struts and lowering spring you would hold some of the factory ride quality.
  5. Took my MR2 V6 to Hayward & Scott for a block back full custom job. Attention to detail, materials, welding and finish were all epic. Expensive at £1600. But that was including two manifolds and twin back box. Either way. Highly recommend them!!
  6. Happy 8 Anniversary splinter!

  7. I found this too. wanted one till i actually looked around it, very inpractical. cant use the back seats unless you have no legs. so its a 2 seater really. for that i would go for much better cars. and the lack of turbo otion is a real shitter, but then its fairly easy to do an STI engine swap. This was going to be my sensible set up from my celica. decided to keep the celica, which is now becoming my track car. and use my Evo now as a daily. 4 doors and good sized boot, very practical, and tons of power. dont say much for economy, but then thats not why you buy an evo! haha. At the end of the day, its obviously up to you. personally id keep the celica, and find a better car down the line.
  8. okay. Your Celica next to a Moo cow! a black and white one, the inspiration for my cars stupid name - given to it by the wife!
  9. Didn't get one at the door. But this banner was out...
  10. Got these today. Still waiting for the mounting rails to get here though!
  11. Just picked up the Evos summer shoes from Parcel force. And my brake stoppers are out for delivery today. Should be here in an hour and a bit!
  12. I guess this is a bit much for most! Haven't heard from my mate. He was going to get more info and pics.
  13. These are for the fronts. Not sure if same for rear. http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/581-PY21W-Osram-Diadem-Chrome-indicator-bulbs-pair.html?bulb_search=car
  14. No idea sorry. Someone actually game me some. Can't remember the name. Led ones will work.
  15. Noice. I would recommend some silver side repeaters to make them look a bit cleaner.
  16. It's all in the heat! They are thread locked in. And require heat to break the seal. Think I used my gas blow torch on mine and an open ended spanner. Came out okay.
  17. Yeah not my cup of tea that's for sure. Maybe some one can save it!!
  18. Mate of a mate has this near warsash. It's a 2.0 ST needs drivers side drive shaft, wheel bearing and caliper. If anyone is interested let me know and I will pass on your details. Cheers Matt
  19. My second car was a good condition Mk2 first 1.4 Ghia. Great little car. Got it lowered and got a set of alloys on it (good old student loans!). To "roll" the arches I used a rag and pair of pliers and simply bent them up into the arch all round. Worked pretty well three arches were perfect. One I dented slightly, looked like a car park ding, and that cracked the paint a little. So home remedys can work. But the proper tool is easy to use. And be wary with a heat gun on paint work. It can go from normal to bubbled up burnt easily!!
  20. Me!!! I came in the post! Just flew into the UK after a 12 week 2 day stint at sea. My Evo drop links came yesterday. Then this afternoon this came. It's a whiteline 26mm adjustable rear anti roll bar. Just waiting on the bilstein B6 shocks.
  21. Photobucket app. Sorted! Can upload pics and host them and then add the img links to here as normal. Mobile photo wizardry!
