  1. Wow, glad you're ok buddy! I span my MR2 twice...first time was simply an act of god that me and my mate didn't die. Came off a round about with a bit too much throttle and went into a spin, couldn't catch it....missed a central reservation by about an inch, went past a lamp post so closely I heard it go by...then went up a dipped bit of kerb and skidding along some grass for a couple hundred yards then parked about half an inch away from a fence. Got out expecting to see carnage but all I had was mud and muck all up one side of the car. Unbelievable!
  2. Osrams are fine and perfectly legal. I literally can't wait until the HID factory blows up...I fucking HATE hids. Used by selfish, show off wankers.
  3. Not keep it in your car and get it collected from work maybe? I do all my deliveries too and from work now. I do work in an airport cargo center though!
  4. I highly doubt the usb splitter would work, signal doesn't get split without direction from an o/s as far as I'm aware. I stand to be corrected though. Going off the back of the unit, a video feed would be no issue. It'd need to be a camera that's got a generic a/v output so it'd be a constant feed into the head unit but I'd imagine you'd be able to select this as and when you need it. I also imagine the camera would need a constant power supply...so figuring out if you could go straight from the battery with a cable or if it'd need to come off a splice into the lighter...I dunno, depends on the power it needs I suppose? Can't see an issue with digital TV...never tried this or read about it though so no idea....good luck, all sounds very swish
  5. Generic format for most dimensions are LxWxH....so I'd go with that This guy lifts weights for a living, too! GET HIM!
  6. hi. I'm a car Been on sale for a fucking long time this car. It's probably a dog under all that uglyness.
  7. wow, mental...don't have to do it on xmas day surely?
  8. literally no idea what I'm looking at, but sounds bad going off the comments...so hope it's an easy fix. Xmas day is boring now they don't show Bond anymore anyway, so replacing whatever's broken will be more interesting Good luck matey
  9. 140ish a week now. Was 500 a week roughly when I was living in Reading...car never missed a beat or gave a shit...water off a ducks back to a gen 6, all that.
  10. Really sorry to hear this Fab, mate. I hope you make a recovery and can get behind the wheel again. Staffordshire's a bit out the way as I'm in London but I'm sure Sawyer or someone else will come to the rescue. As ORC has said, driving someone elses car requires them to be insured on it AND your own policy allowing you to drive cars of same or larger sized engines. A quick phone call to both insurers should be fine. If you can't drive any time soon, it might be worth thinking about selling the car to someone who's willing to sell it back to you for the same price...will keep it active and it'll likely be someone who'll care for it properly. All the best fella
  11. I'm gonna sign up as a girl one day and put a pic of some boobles and see if I can get this much attention Car looks nice, some black rims on it would look sweet...maybe lower it. multi spokey look alloys are always nice...I got some Rota Subzeros on mine I'm yet to put my coilovers on mine and lower it a bit yet
  12. *awaits the amount of 'you can come with me' offers from hairy palmed boys*
  13. Not the first time I've seen the testosterone going mad on here when a bird shows up with a profile pic of herself haha. It's like that episode of Southpark when one of the girls gets a boob job I was gonna find a pic of it but then I found this which is WAY more epic
  14. so basically everyone's fishing for one simple answer to one simple question: Are you single? *waits with baited breath*
  15. captain cabinets trapped in cabinets...will he get out can he get out...course he can.

  16. captain cabinets trapped in cabinets...will he get out can he get out...course he can.

  17. Halfords pro stuff is very very good, I've had my kit for over a year now and the only bit that has got any damage on it is one of the hex bits....but I was BRUTALLY rough with it...and it doesn't matter as you get a life time guarantee to replace any bits that break. So I'd go down that route and save yerself a few quid
  18. Nope. That's the truth right there, too.
  19. Noticed it on ebay, was bloomin tempted tbh...but just didn't have the funds. Glad you're liking the Cupra...I like those cars
  20. that's the one, sweet! Ok well I'll bung you that money we talked about at some point soon...I keep forgetting and can't do it right now...left my pin log in thing at home. Doh.
  21. I wash mine AT LEAST once a week in all weathers haha. Can't bare for the car to be dirtier than it needs to be. During my housing woes I didn't clean it for two weeks and it made me lump up everytime I looked at it...looked so dull and lifeless. Now I've got a hosepipe and an outside tap n everythin' I've got a snowfoam lance...no idea what model, bought it off harwood and it's collected dust so far...do they have to be used with a jetwasher to foam up enough or is a normal hose good enough? The pressures not all that amazing on my water flow you see.
  22. Unlucky Still...if it was an accident then it's just one of those, I'm sure dent removal people will be able to sort it. Had it happen to me in the past, it's a complete fucker, like.
  23. So they can be replaced, all plasticy shit breaks eventually.
