keef-b
You can buy ballast resisitors and fix them at the bulb to reduce the rate of the flash or you can get hold of a modified flasher relay that will cure this without the need to be putting resistors all over your car. I'll be back with an edit once i find the link to the relay http://www.ebay.com/...51edefb&vxp=mtr there are a few sellers with different/better prices/postage etc. Have a hunt around to see whats the best deal - i'm in work so can't access Ebay so have no idea whats what and just pulled that link from a PM i sent a while ago! _Chris_
The relay is a better solution. A resistor capable of disipating the 20W to simulate a bulb is fairly bulky, plus it's a fair bit of heat to get rid of.
keef-b
The relays can use both filament and LED's mixed which is very handy I've had one fitted to my car for 3 years+ without issue.
