Sherv
When i get my car back from the bodyshop i need to get the front bearing done.if i supply the kit,how much do we think would be reasonable to charge for the labour, itll have to be pressed out.couple hours of work there i guess?just so i have an idea before i commit myself. Cheers Sherv
Briano
I have had a few bearings done on the gen 6's and believe the hub set-up is the same so your talking about 2-3 hours labour depending how stuborn they are

izzzzythedog
i got charged 150 for the glanza given it was 60 quid an hour and they seriously struggled , the parting words were the other sides also gone , take it somewhere else
Sherv
I was running on the assumption a garage would ve at least .60quid an hour Bri ,and worst case up to 3hrs if they have a mare (its a gen4)

tctech
2 hours tops ,depends on the labour rates but would be £70 +vat in my place ,everybody has a right to earn a living but lots of garages just overcharge because they can
